Brandel France de Bravo

Brandel France de Bravo is the author of two poetry collections (Provenance and Mother, Loose), co-author of a parenting book (Trees make the Best Mobiles: Simple Ways to Raise your Child in a Complex World), and the editor of a bilingual anthology of Mexican poetry (Mexican Poetry Today: 20/20 Voices). Her poems and essays have appeared in Alaska Quarterly Review, Cincinnati Review, Fourth GenreGreen Mountains ReviewGulf CoastSeneca Review, and other publications. She has received fellowships in creative nonfiction from the DC Commission on the Arts and VCCA, and she holds an MFA from Warren Wilson College’s low residency program for writers.
